Mudanzas de la Costa is a 100% Vallarta company specialized in removals, with operations since 2016, whose philosophy is to offer the services related to the transfer and storage of furniture in a professional and personalized way, both in Puerto Vallarta and nationally. Our staff is highly trained to make your change of house or office the easiest and most natural process, without complications or headaches.
Our goal is to solve any problem so that changing houses is the first step of a new beginning.

What happens if my glassware breaks on move in?
Glassware is always an extremely delicate thing to process and handle. If you want to make a claim to the company you should consider the following.
1.- ¿Quien realizo el embalaje de las pertenencias?
Si usted lo hizo, la empresa de mudanza no se hace responsable a pesar de cualquier seguro que se tenga contratado.
(Excepción cuando hubo un accidente de transito y se ocasiono un daño a las pertenencias, se deberá hacer la reclamación a la aseguradora de la póliza emitida).
Pregunta sobre nuestras pólizas con tarifas del 1.16% sobre el monto asegurado (monto mínimo 50 mil)
2.- No identificar las pertenencias frágiles, el no contar con etiqueta y embalaje firme y apropiado,

En nuestra empresa protegemos individualmente sus pertenencias con materiales apropiados, hemos optado por utilizar cajas plásticas para evitar que, durante las maniobras de carga y descarga , se pueda romper la cristalería.
