Essential Service
This is the traditional moving service, with a distinctive feature that sets us apart: we always protect your belongings as best as possible. Ideal for moving large and bulky items to your new location. It is recommended when you plan your move in advance, as you will have time to do it.

Standard Service
If you’re looking for a service superior to the traditional one, we invite you to try this package, which offers special care in furniture protection. Many items are protected individually. Recommended when the furniture is fine and delicate.

Premium Service
If you want a complete service and don’t want to worry about anything, we recommend choosing this package that focuses on every detail. If you have ceramics, glassware, and other delicate items, we protect them individually for better preservation. Take all your belongings in one trip.

Este es el servicio de mudanza tradicional, con una característica que nos distingue: siempre protegeremos lo mejor posible tus pertenencias. Yes, we provide electronic invoices upon request. Please let us know if you need one when booking your move.
What happens if my glassware breaks during the move?
Glassware is always extremely delicate to handle and transport. If you wish to file a claim, please take the following into account:
- Who packed the items ?
If the packing was done by the client, the moving company is not responsible for any damage – regardless of the insurance coverage.
Exception: If damage occurs due to a traffic accident, a claim must be filed directly with the insurer using the issued policy.
Ask us about our insurance options, available at a rate of 1.16% of the insured value (minimum coverage: $50,000 MXN)
- Items were not marked as fragile or properly packed.
Lack of labeling and adequate packing may void liability.
We recommend our professional packing services. At Mudanzas de la Costa, we individually protect your belongings with appropriate materials. For fragile items like glassware, we use plastic bins to prevent breakage during loading and unloading.
